• Rescheduling is subject to availability; additional fees may apply for changes within 14 days of the event/session.
• If we must cancel due to illness or force majeure, we will offer a replacement photographer where possible or refund fees paid for undelivered services.

5. Creative discretion and delivery

• Artistic style and technical decisions are at our discretion.
• Editing includes color correction and global retouch; advanced edits may be quoted separately.
• Delivery timelines are estimates; we aim to meet communicated targets.

6. Intellectual property and usage rights

• We retain copyright in all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive a license specified in the agreement (e.g., personal use for private clients; limited commercial use for business clients).
• Portfolio use: We may display non‑sensitive works in our portfolio and social channels unless you opt out in writing before the shoot or upon delivery.

7. Client responsibilities

• Obtain permissions for locations and ensure schedules allow adequate time for photography.
• Designate a liaison for group photos and access coordination as needed.
• Back up delivered files upon receipt; long‑term archiving is not guaranteed unless agreed.

8. Acceptable use and user submissions

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content via our forms or systems.
• You warrant that you hold rights to any materials supplied and grant us a limited license to use them for the project.

9. Third‑party links and tools

Our site may link to third‑party services (e.g., social media, analytics). We are not responsible for their content or policies; review their terms and privacy notices.
